Employee Suggestions Box
Gathering ideas, suggestions and feedback from employees is vital to enjoy consistent improvement in what we do and to identify areas where we could improve. With this in mind we have introduced the suggestion boxes at Central Processing Office in Kohuwala, encouraging employees to forward their ideas and suggestions. Suggestions that generate positive outcomes are rewarded.
Vaccination for staff and families
In order to ensure that our employees and their families get their vaccinations without a hassle, Continental Insurance arranged a series of vaccination programmes for the staff and their families.
Poster Campaign
With a view to promote teamwork among department members and to bring out the hidden talents of our employees, we organized a poster competition within the Company. All departments took part in this engagement activity with lot of interest and submitted their posters under the heading “teamwork makes dreams work”. Winning departments were recognized and rewarded for their enthusiasm and teamwork.
Wall painting
Wall painting was another engagement activity organized by the company to bring out the creativity of staff and encourage teamwork. With this we were able to enhance the appearance at car park of the Central Processing Office in Kohuwala.
Story telling sessions for our employees’ children
We know, most of our employees’ children are at home and are deprived of meeting their school friends, playing with them and meeting their teachers during the time they were stuck at home during lock-down period.
Having understood the need to keep them occupied and engaged, we organized a series of online “Story Telling“ sessions for our employees’ children.
