Dr. Naomal Balasuriya

Dr. Naomal Balasuriya is a medical doctor turned life changing motivational speaker. Being an entrepreneur backed with over 30 years of extensive experience across multiple fields including medicine, military, management, marketing, mentoring and motivational speaking, he holds the MBBS degree from the North Colombo Medical College, the MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

He is a director of Melsta Health (Pvt) Ltd, Peace of Mind Residencies (Pvt) Ltd, and Success Factory (Pvt) Ltd. He has also served as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the boards of Melstacorp PLC for nine years since its inception and Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC (DCSL) for sixteen years and their board sub-committees.
