How do I obtain an update on the status of my pending claim?

To follow up on your claim, just call our Inquiry Hotline No +94 115 200 600 and provide the details of your claim to a staff member. They’ll be glad to bring you up-to-date on your claim.

How do I inquire about any details regarding my insurance policy?

Simply contact your nearest Continental Insurance branch or call us on +94 0115-200-300 a service assistant will help you with the information you need.

What are the office working hours?

All Continental professionals work above and beyond normal office hours, but our customers are welcome to visit us at Continental Insurance Head Office or any Branch Office during the hours given below.

8.30 am – 5.00 pm on week days.
